REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT LINKS AT THE BOTTOM OF PAGE
We are so excited for yet another season of Youth Basketball in Columbus! We are also excited to continue to utilize CISD facilities for our program.
If you are interested in participating this season please follow the below instructions:
1. Click on the Basketball Registration Form link and complete the google form. You will have to complete a separate form for each child you are registering.
2. Click on the 2024 Basketball Season Payment Link to pay via PayPal or CashApp. If paying via PayPal: for 1 child click the button for $75. If paying for multiple children, you may enter the amount ($75 x number of children participating) in the button labeled "other". If you prefer to pay via CashApp, please send to $cyfftx (link below). 2023 CYFF (Columbus 2) football players & cheerleaders registration fee is $35 each.
3. If sponsoring a team you may click on the button labeled $250 to sponsor 1 team, $500 to sponsor 2 teams, or may click on the button labeled "other" to customize a sponsorship amount. You can also sponsor a team by mailing a check to PO Box 945 Columbus, TX 78934. Each sponsorship will provide your business name to appear on the back of each player for one team. The business name will appear above the player number. Every effort will be made to have sponsorship for your designated team however if several teams have multiple sponsors, we will reach out to see if sponsorship can be applied to a team without a sponsor.
4. If you would like to sponsor a team and pay for your child in 1 transaction just enter the $250 sponsorship amount + $75/child amount into the button labeled "other".
5. You will not be considered registered unless both the google form and complete payment are submitted. If payment is not submitted by draft day, your child will not be eligible to participate this season.
